As the largest city in Ohio, Columbus is a rapidly growing, bustling city with people from all walks of life and things to do around every corner. We typically build in suburbia, with neighborhoods such as Gahanna and Westerville among our most frequently built locations.
Delaware County
Located just north of Columbus, Delaware County is one of our most popular build locations. It offers large open spaces for your dream home and is still within driving distance of all Columbus has to offer.
Union County
Considered one of Ohio’s best counties to buy a home in, Union County has a reputation for being an ideal place for families. It offers both country and suburban living, with the town of Marysville offering great historic charm
Madison County
Those looking for rural living may want to put Madison County on their radar. At roughly the midpoint between Columbus and Dayton, it offers the beauty of the classic Midwest while not being far from urban opportunities.
Pickaway County
