Refer a Friend or Family Member and Earn a Referral Reward
Do you know someone who is planning to build a new custom home? Cordiano Homes appreciates referrals and is proud to reward people who introduce us to future homeowners. Whether you are a current Cordiano Homes customer or simply know someone who may be interested in building a custom home, you may qualify for a referral reward when your referral meets the program requirements and chooses Cordiano Homes as their custom home builder.
Our referral program is designed to thank you for sharing your experience and confidence in Cordiano Homes with friends, family members, coworkers, and others who are considering building a new home.
Customer Referral Reward: $500
If you are a current or existing Cordiano Homes customer, you can earn $500 for every qualified referral that ultimately chooses to build a home with Cordiano Homes.
To qualify for the referral reward, the referred customer must meet the program requirements, obtain the necessary financing, and move forward with building their new home with Cordiano Homes. The $500 referral payment is made after the construction loan has closed and the pre-construction meeting has been completed.
There is no limit to the number of qualified referrals you can submit. The more people you refer who meet the program requirements and build with Cordiano Homes, the more referral rewards you may be eligible to receive.
Referral Reward for
Non-Customers: $200
You do not have to be an existing Cordiano Homes customer to participate in our referral program. If you know someone who is considering building a custom home and refer them to Cordiano Homes, you may qualify for a $200 referral reward.
For non-customer referrals to qualify, the potential homeowner must meet the applicable qualification requirements and ultimately build their new home with Cordiano Homes. The $200 referral payment is made upon completion of the referred customer’s home.
This gives anyone who knows a potential custom home buyer an opportunity to share Cordiano Homes and receive a referral reward when that introduction leads to a successful home-building project.
How Does the Cordiano Homes Referral Program Work?
Participating in our home buyer referral program is simple:
- Register your referral with Cordiano Homes before or as the prospective customer contacts us.
- The potential home buyer explores their options and determines whether Cordiano Homes is the right custom home builder for their project.
- If the referral qualifies and moves forward with building a home with Cordiano Homes, the applicable referral reward is paid based on your eligibility and the terms of the referral program.
Please note that each potential customer may only be referred by one person or referral source. To help avoid confusion, we encourage you to register your referral with us as soon as possible.
Can I Earn Rewards for More Than One Referral?
Yes. Whether you are an existing Cordiano Homes customer or have not yet built with us, there is no limit to the number of referrals you may submit. Each referral that meets the applicable program requirements and results in a completed or qualifying home-building project may be eligible for a referral reward.
