When Is the Realtor
Commission Paid?

Once your client’s construction loan has closed and the pre-construction meeting has been completed, the real estate commission check is issued. This allows qualified real estate agents to receive their commission early in the custom home-building process rather than waiting until the home is completed.

Getting started is simple:

Complete and submit the Cordiano Homes Realtor Registration Form with the required client information. - Introduce Your Client to Cordiano Homes
After registration, our team will work with you to begin the conversation about your client’s custom home goals, budget, preferred location, and home design needs. - Schedule a Consultation
Cordiano Homes will contact your client on your behalf to schedule a consultation with you, your client, and our team. We believe in maintaining a collaborative relationship and keeping you involved as your client explores the custom home-building process. - Your Client Moves Forward
If your client chooses to build with Cordiano Homes and meets the applicable program and financing requirements, the project moves into the pre-construction process. - Receive Your Co-Brokerage Commission
Once the client’s construction loan has closed and the pre-construction meeting has been completed, Cordiano Homes issues the qualifying co-brokerage commission check on the original purchase price—before construction begins.
