We used Cordiano Homes to build on an addition for my Mother. Joe and his crew did a fantastic job with our vision! The addition looks like it was original to the existing home and everything is high quality. We even asked them to transform a window we were going to lose (because of the addition) to a built in shelf. They were able to do it and it far exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for high quality builder that listens and executes, Cordiano Homes is the one to use! Highly Recommend!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Cordiano Homes. They built our 1,500 square foot ranch home, and the entire process—from start to finish—was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable.
Joe, the builder, is a great guy and truly cares about the quality of his work and his customers. He was transparent, responsive, and always willing to answer questions and explain options along the way. His attention to detail really shows in the finished home.
A huge shout‑out to Matt, the foreman, who did an outstanding job keeping everything organized and on track. He was approachable, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in making sure every detail was done right.
The craftsmanship is excellent, the communication was solid throughout the build, and the end result exceeded our expectations. We’re extremely happy with our new home and would highly recommend Cordiano Homes to anyone looking for a trustworthy, high‑quality builder.

If you are thinking about building custom, check out Cordiano Homes!
We were considering several builders, but decided to go with Joe Cordiano because he really seemed to encourage the custom elements we wanted. For example, some builders seemed like they were trying to talk me out of getting a geothermal heating and cooling system, but Joe said, “We can do that”.
My wife and I wanted this to be our forever home, but with it also being our first home, Joe helped us think through ways to set us up for the future. He was great in answering all of our questions, explaining the build process, and entertaining some of the ideas we had along the way.
When something wasn't to our liking, or something we'd asked for was missed, during the build, Joe worked with us to make it right an honor his commitments. The build always felt collaborative and not adversarial.
But it’s not just Joe, he works with great partners who loved to sing his praises behind his back. We could tell they had good working relationships.
It’s truly extraordinary to me how many different people worked on our home to make it all come together. Dan and Matt did a great job as foreman to coordinate all of the contractors. Jess from Homes lumber was amazing and helped recommend awesome design ideas. Special shoutout the drywallers and anyone else who had to deal with our high ceiling. And another shoutout to the Jackson Geothermal who let me hang out with the crew and collect rock samples as they drilled my wells.
We couldn’t be more excited with our custom home.

We are currently about 5 months into the build of our new home and we couldn't recommend Cordiano Homes enough! Joe is super personable, fun to work with and has a great sense of humor.
This is our first time building a house and he has made the whole experience easy, fun, and hasn't made us feel dumb with any of our naive questions.
