About us

Cordiano Homes is a local, custom home-building company that is family-owned-and-operated. At Cordiano Homes, like you, we value family and we put you first. Our mission is to build quality homes for families at reasonable prices.

After working in the home-building business for 14 years and being involved with well-over 1,000 houses (ranging from selling, to designing, to remodeling, to building), Joe Cordiano decided that it was time to share his love for custom home building with other families.

“There are a lot of hard-working families out there who deserve a home that is customized with their specific family in mind without breaking the bank. It’s about more than just the bottom-line for us. I am very pleased to be able to provide the personal attention to detail that comes with a local, family-owned, custom home builder.”
— Joe Cordiano, Owner of Cordiano Homes

At Cordiano Homes, you’ll receive the personalized, custom experience you deserve. After all, home is where the heart is.
